This monument complex honors the Ravna Gora movement, popularly known as Chetniks, in the town of Bileća, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The Chetniks across BiH, including the area around Bileća, had committed various war crimes against Muslim and Croat civilians, as well as antifascist Partisans of all ethnic groups. The park commemorates them as victims of communist crimes, and is located across the street from a large Partisan monument and ossuary that is equally maintained.
There are numerous monuments and plaques in the park, but the central objects are a pyramid, a large obelisk with the Serbian eagle and coat of arms, a female soldier in a Chetnik uniform representing an honor guard, and a male Chetnik soldier intended to represent Dragoljub "Draža" Mihailović.
The inscription on the central pyramid states the park was created by the Serbian people of Bileća
